Pressure gauge calibration
Need your pressure gauges checked? Send the gauge type, pressure range and units, and we'll confirm the service and send a quote.

Tell us about the gauge
We calibrate pressure gauges used with gases and liquids in workshops and industrial systems. Send the pressure range, units, connection size, make and model, and tell us what the gauge has been used with. We review the details and confirm the preparation and delivery arrangements before you send it.
What your report includes
Each gauge gets a NATA-traceable report that identifies it by make, model and serial or equipment number. It records the pressure points checked, the reference values and the gauge readings, along with the date of the work.
Plan the job
Include the location and the date you need the work done. Tell us whether the gauges can be removed and sent to us, or need to be checked at your site.
Before you book
Ask us for preparation and delivery instructions before sending a gauge. Tell us if it has been used with hazardous substances.
Common questions
Why calibrate a pressure gauge?
Gauges drift over time with vibration, pressure spikes and wear. Calibration confirms the reading you rely on matches the actual pressure in the system.
How often should pressure gauges be calibrated?
Commonly every 12 months, or more often for gauges on critical or safety-related systems. Your quality system or customer may set the interval.
What details do you need for a quote?
The pressure range and units, the connection size, the make and model, how many gauges, and what each one has been used with.
My gauge has been used with a hazardous substance. Can you still calibrate it?
Tell us what it has been used with before sending it. We’ll confirm whether we can accept it and how it needs to be prepared.
